Tankerska Next Generation (TNG) has bought newbuild contracts for the construction of eco-designed product tankers.

The 50,000 dwt vessels are scheduled for delivery to the company in April and July this year. They are both being constructed at Hyundai Mipo Dockyard in South Korea.

According to a statement by TNG, “The price to be paid for the two acquisitions is based on fair market valuations and in-line with the IPO proposition."

The tankers will be managed by Tankerska Plovidba and financed with IPO money and back debt. TNG jumps on eco newbuilds
