Vallianz and Alam Maritim form deepsea joint venture

Vallianz Holdings and Alam Maritim, the OSV provider, have formed a joint venture known as Deepsea that will operate in the Labuan region of Malaysia.

The principal activities of Deepsea are ship management and operation, ship owning, ship maintenance and marine consultancy. 

A statement on the Vallianz website read: "The (above) transaction is funded through internal resources and is not expected to have any material financial impact on the consolidated net tangible assets per share and consolidated earnings per share of the Company and its subsidiaries for the current financial year ending 31 December 2015."
