Euronav announces US IPO delay

Euronav NV has announced that it will be delaying its US initial public offering.

Citing “unfavourable current capital market conditions” the company will post its IPO and the related offer to exchange the company’s outstanding unregistered ordinary shares in Belgium for those registered under the Securities Act of 1933.

According to a statement by Euronav, “the company will continue to evaluate the most appropriate timing for the offerings as market conditions develop.”
