MOL carrier rescues fishermen

Mitsui O.S.K Lines has announced that its LNG carrier, Sensh Maru has rescued three fishermen from the Celebes Sea off Indonesia.

At 2.15pm on October 6, the Senshu Maru was sailing from the port of Bontang, Indonesia, to Sakai-Senboku port in Osaka, Japan when it came across three fishermen in the water. Rescue operations began immediately and by 3.04pm, MOL states that the three fishermen had been rescued.

On October the 7th the rescued individuals were take to the Indonesia Rescue Coordination Centre.
